Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, will be charged at the full appointment price. Where payment has already been taken, it will be retained and a new payment will be required when rebooking.We understand that genuine emergencies can happen, and exceptional circumstances may be considered at the clinic’s discretion.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

If you are coming in for your first appointment, please complete your new patient form which will be sent to you prior to your appointment by either SMS or email. This must be completed prior to your arrival or treatment will be refused.If you are booked in for a biomechanical assessment; we require you to bring the footwear you are most active in and a set of shorts or loose fitting trousers in order to assess your gait effectively.In addition; we ask that you avoid wearing tights to your appointments.
